THEHATCASE.COM RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We accept returns on full-priced damaged items purchased directly from thehatcase.com within 30 days of the order date. After 30 days, returns will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact

Approval is at the discretion of our Returns Team

Denied returns will be returned to the customer
Final Sale:

Sale items and special offer items are final sale and not eligible for return

We do not accept returns on items purchased from other retailers
If your item arrives damaged or different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately at info@thehatcase.com.
Shipping Costs
You’ll be refunded for the value of returned items and any applicable tax. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return Instructions
You must use a trackable shipping method when returning your item. We cannot be responsible for return packages we do not receive. Be sure to save your tracking information for your records.

How will I know when you receive my return?
You’ll get an email confirmation once your return is received and processed. If a refund is due, it will be noted in the email and typically appears on your statement within 2–5 business days, depending on your credit card issuer.
How long will it take to process my return?
Please allow 2–4 weeks from the time you ship your return. This allows for transit, inspection, and processing.
