We stand behind the quality of The Hat Case. If your item arrives with a manufacturer defect, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund. Returns for any other reason are not accepted at this time.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must:

Have a verified manufacturer defect

Be unused and in its original condition, with tags and packaging intact

Include a receipt or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@thehatcase.com. Once approved, we’ll issue a return shipping label and instructions for sending your item back.
Please note: Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

At this time, we are unable to offer direct exchanges. If your product is defective, please request a return and place a new order once approved.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, your financial institution may take additional time to process the transaction.
If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please reach out to info@thehatcase.com.
